Rather than thinking of "starting in the top right", think of "starting in the bottom left". Then it goes "logically" from lowest floor to highest floor.

I kind of agree that bottom left feels like the "lowest" location. But moreso that that using letters, numbers, and mezzanines (Letter+Number) is ridiculous.

Yes, it was in the parking garage beneath Gameworks.

I've spent a lot of time staring at this picture today trying to figure out what the designer was thinking. I think the design was that they were going from right-to-left starting at the top row.

Now, I don't understand why they were going right-to-left instead of left-to-right. Maybe the designer's native tongue was Hebrew, and that's how they are used to reading things. Who knows!?

Obviously, it makes more sense to go left-to-right because they are English letters, not Hebrew letters.

But, even setting that aside, I don't understand why they started in the middle of the top row, instead of the the far right.

The whole thing is puzzling.
